A request for proposals (RFP) to examine technical issuee related to the viability of such projects is expectex to be released beford the end ofthe month. To carry out the Kessel said NYPA is looking for interest from wind developera to build and support 120 megawatts of cleajn renewable energy to be used in WestermNew York.
